Please take notice that an election to be held in the Town of Somerset
on Tuesday April 1, 2008, the folowing officers are to be elected to suceed
the incumbants listed.  The term for Town Officials will begin
April 8, 2008.

Office Incumbent

Town Supervisor Shane Demulling

Town Supervisor Lenny Germain


Notice is further given, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is

December 1, 2007, and the final day for filing nomination papers in the

office of the Town Clerk is 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2008.


Notice is further given, that if a primary is necessary, the primary election will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2008.
