Comprehensive Plan
The Town of Somerset’s Comprehensive Plan is a guiding
document that outlines long-range plans for managing the growth of the
community. The plan provides a framework for establishing policies,
standards and principles pertaining to planning, zoning and
public service activities. The plan was last updated in 1998 after an
extensive process.A hard-copy of the plan is on file with the Town Clerk. The following pdf document has been divided into sections for easier access over Internet connections.
